Hotel Hesperia Bilbao

We booked this hotel to organize a project meeting for a large EU project involving almost 60 guests. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative, responsive, and helpful, and the entire event was a great success. The rooms were very clean and exactly as described. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including many healthy choices. The hotel also has a cafeteria with good food options for both lunch and dinner. The hotel is located in a very central area, right by a beautiful river, with many excellent restaurants in the old town within walking distance. This was especially convenient for us, as we were traveling with small children. We would like to especially highlight one staff member, Nekane, who went above and beyond to ensure that both the event and our stay met our expectations. She even offered babysitting for our children, who were absolutely delighted with her care. We did not receive a single complaint from the nearly 50 partners who stayed at the hotel, which meant a great deal to us.
