My partner and I camped here in June 2023. We were greeted my the very friendly receptionist who spoke English and made us immediately feel welcome. The campsite itself is modest - at the time it was only us camping there so we could choose our area. The showers are large and I'd give it 6/10 for cleanliness. Only because the showers needed rinsing out but there were no significant issues. The town is small but there is a restaurant, supermarket and cafes nearby. On the night you can hear some dogs barking and some cars, but since it's a small town it isn't too loud. Would camp there again.

Most people who live in the town have no idea that there is a campsite here. It's not advertised or signed in any way. Last time I drove past it looked like the council were storing building materials here. Good luck!

Very easy Checkin and very good communication with the owner. We stayed here for 1 night and it’s dog friendly as well. 🐶✅
