Apartments im Herzen von Innsbruck

I think the advert completely misrepresented our apartment. We were quite surprised at the quality and security. We stayed in lodge 43 and paid extra for a Mountain View which we did get and was beautiful from all windows. But the apartment itself was in disrepair, and we had lots of issues- the shower was so awkwardly placed that if I had been a bit taller I wouldn’t be able to stand, the front door was extremely insecure, with only the lock keeping it closed, so we did not feel very safe - the light even came in from the outside as the door did not fully shut at the top. There was dry blood on the bedsheet and wires exposed by the front door. If it weren’t for the great location and amazing view, we’d have been extremely disappointed.

Easy check in and check out. Great location with good view. Rooms are clean, kitchen is well equipped and bathroom is clean. Nearest bus stop can get you to Innsbruck Hbf via bus 501 or to the Alpine zoo via bus W. Overall it was a good stay.
