Lima Alpine Lodges - Kärnten

Recommended for Christmas holidays. We would gladly return. We booked a log cabin for 4 people with an additional sauna cabin. Wi-Fi, 32-inch smart TV, dishwasher, wood-burning stove with plenty of firewood in front of the cabin, parking right next to the cabin. The owner is available by phone for questions. Otherwise, no services are provided, as it is self-catering. We were even treated to an incense ceremony to ward off evil spirits. Utility meter readings are taken at the end of the stay. The beds are fine. Unfortunately, the creaking floor throughout is annoying, as it's very loud with every movement at night.

This is our third time staying in this wonderful cabin. It's charmingly rustic and cozy, yet offers all the modern amenities. The peaceful location and the stunning views in this beautiful area are perfect. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful week at the Alpine Lodges! The lodge was a true home away from home—modern, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect winter getaway. Relaxing in the sauna after a long day of skiing while snowflakes fell outside was simply delightful :) The direct lift access was a huge plus; we could strap on our skis in the morning and head straight out without having to get in the car first. Our dog also had the time of his life! The snowy trails around the lodges were perfect for long walks, and it was great to see how welcome four-legged friends are here. We especially appreciated the little touches: the well-equipped kitchen for cozy evenings, the Nespresso machine for our first coffee of the morning, and the Sonos system for the perfect atmosphere. If you're looking for peace and quiet, nature, and first-class accommodations, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back! :)
