Wonderful place to stay in Asturias. Perfectly located just a short drive from the picturesque fishing village of Cudillero and many spectacular beaches, it's a great base to explore one of the most beautiful parts of Spain. Aside from the location, the property itself is all you could wish for from a holiday home: clean, functional and convenient. The garden is large and well kept, with a bbq area, various eating and lounging areas and even a small kids play area with swings and slides. However, the highlight is certainly the hospitality and warmth of the owners and hosts. Laura was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive without being intrusive. A real find!

We stayed for a week and it was a fantastic stay. The apartments are great, very nice and comfortable. And above all, Laura and Marisú's service was unbeatable. A perfect place to spend your vacation.

Villa del Sain, a rural apartment in the municipality of Arances, Cudillero, is just 1.5 kilometers from the historic center. It's a country house divided into four apartments. It has a lovely garden with a barbecue, gazebo, and children's play area—a garden to enjoy, but to share with all the apartments. Although that was never a problem. We stayed in an apartment on the top floor, with a living room and open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. I must say it was very nice and had everything we needed. Laura, the owner, is very kind and attentive to everything we needed during our stay. She's also put together a guide to the best and most essential things to see, do, and more throughout Asturias. It's a place we'd definitely return to... We'll see.
