You should absolutely try this restaurant before the Michelin Guide team discovers it. The atmosphere is elegant, cozy, and wonderfully quiet.. the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed and taken care of. The wine list is outstanding. Very few restaurants can boast such a well-curated cellar, with truly excellent labels and a selection that shows real depth and knowledge. The food is simply delicious. And trust me: the photos on Google don’t do it justice at all. Everything looks far better in real life, and the flavors are even more impressive. Each dish is a surprising and refined combination of tastes that I honestly didn’t expect. Last — but absolutely not least — the service is superb. The sommelier and the waitstaff clearly come from first-class, top-tier restaurants around the world. Professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate. We ate incredibly well, we felt genuinely welcomed… and we left already thinking about when to come back. Highly recommended.

Dont often review, only if something comes up outstanding! Room cheaper than others in area but immaculate and spacious. The real fun comes with the food! Ive done a lot of travelling and restaurants, though not an expert but know ( at least i think 😀 i know! quality. I pinched myself from laughing at the level of taste, Michelin level, local produce, precise cooking, master level recipes, Partridge 3 ways smoked in local herbs, cheese selection 2 year aged Fontina and 5 year aged Parmegiano for example.

A happiness for the palate! This was a friend’s recommendation and we’re happy we took it. The food was delicious to say the least, impressed by the creativity of the chefs (pomegranate sorbet should become an official dessert). It was impressive to see they also offer special sparkling tea in champagne bottles, such a cutting edge option for a traditional looking place (we loved it)! The service was nice and professional and we appreciated chef Piergiorgio Pellerei visiting our table at the end of the evening. We’d definitely recommend for special occasions as well as casual ones.
