Springfield House

A lovely house that suits families and large groups looking for high quality self catering accommodation. Located close to the main street of Lyme Regis, most ammenties are close by ( on a slope). The house offers large reception rooms, with facilities for all age groups. Lots of room to find peace, play games or sit round a fire to while away the hours. A really well equipped kitchen makes preparing food easy. The bedrooms are all well proportioned with stylish en suits for half. The beds are very comfortable. The views across to the Jurassic coast from the front facing bedrooms are breath taking, particularly in the morning and evening. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful house set up on the hill above Lyme. It has large rooms and lots of space for a big group or family gathering. The garden is big enough for outdoor barbecues playing with children. We liked having the separate TV room because it meant some could play video games watch TV leaving the large sitting room quiet for others. The only drawback for us was the hill to go up/down to the beach is not so good for those with reduced mobility.

This gorgeous house had everything we needed for a long weekend away as a family en masse. The games room kept all of the younger generation entertained, while the reception spaces and garden meant the adult contingent had somewhere to relax and talk. The position of the house is quite far from the centre of town, but if you don't mind a bit of a walk up a few steep hills it does not detract from the overall experience. We love the area and will most certainly come back. We've already recommended it to several other families!
