We went to this amazing restaurant which has 1 Michelin star. The Chef and owner, Jairo is a superb chef and person. We decided to eat whatever he wanted to serve and share it with our group of 11. We had vegetable salad, Merluza, a pote with.calamares and manitas de cerdo which was amazing among other things including dessert. Thanks very much for the experience, it was unique.
