Hôtel Mercure Peyragudes Loudenvielle

I stayed here in October and couldn’t make the most of the stay. I went back in December but tbh it wasn’t the same. I’d zero desire to use the pool as it was so on show to the whole hotel. Our room was so much nicer in Oct and way better value than this 2nd trip.

We loved this hotel truly beautiful surroundings - river near by and amazing views! The staff was super friendly and helpful - the only thing that I will say is that the room are small and it doesnt match the price! Also I had a facial which wasnt cheap and they put a trainee who didnt really perform. I was a bit disappointed because we paid a lot of money for our treatments there and had unexperienced people to do the job.

As a 4 star hotel In Europe, checking in at 16:00 is indeed slightly later than the average standard (usually 14:00-15:00), while checking out at 11:00 is one of the earlier options. Combined in this way, guests have about 1-2 hours less available room time compared to regular hotels, especially if it is a vacation or four-star hotel, traveling with children, a bit rushed & uncomfortable.
