Breakish Escape Bed and Breakfast

If you’re traveling to the Isle of Skye then I recommend giving this place a try. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable and breakfast each morning was awesome. Fresh brewed coffee, eggs made to order and a good selection of fruits and cereals. They also gave us some fantastic suggestions for Glasgow.

My stay at Breakish Escape in Broadford, Isle of Skye, was an absolute delight and easily deserves a 5-star review! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, cheerful, and radiated positivity, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their place was impeccably clean, with stunning Scottish flooring that added such a charming touch to the space. I appreciated their thoughtful rule of using house slippers to keep the floors pristine—it really showed their care for maintaining a spotless environment. The availability of a fan was a nice touch, and the hosts went above and beyond by lending me their binoculars for sightseeing, which made exploring the breathtaking Skye scenery even more special. The breakfast was nothing short of spectacular—a true Continental feast with an impressive variety of options that catered to every taste. Breakish Escape is a gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting the Isle of Skye!

The owner is very nice, breakfast is satisfying. The room was very clean and comfort, the only thing is that we didn’t notice the room was a twin bed room and not king bed, and we couldn’t connect the beds which was a bit disappointing (but also our fault for not noticing before). The location is 30 minutes away from Portree and other main trails, but very close to the northern entrance of the Isle.
