Very bad hotel . It Was always raining and the parking is made with small stones , uncovered and full of water lakes and mud that the trolleys were impossibile to walk . There are 2 main entries with stairs and no person to carry luggages especially for females tenants . No service bar or boiler or tea cups in the room , TV with cut cable and no maintenance even after notification , no internet covering in the room although many notifications . . Only breakfast is good to be honest but all the other services are very very bad

1. 5 spaces to park near Entrance, if no space available you have to park down the hill and walk on steep gravel road to hotel. 2. Sewer smell is normal in this Hotels lobby and rooms. 3. Air Conditioning was broken had to suffer heat with hight blood pressure on top, only at the desk available “so they say” 4. Keep your Pets and Kids on guard due to naked wires near the entrance. 5. Issues taken to desk staff will not be solved only answer we got “can’t do anything” with soulless eyes looking at you. 6. Bathroom door broken they said “We ordered new one”. Booked through Booking.com requested compensation got useless response deleted account newer using it. 7. Feels like owner/s in dept or on brink of bankruptcy keeping everything on low. 8. Restaurant not available on evenings, staff shortage. 9. Lots of sorry’s no action.

Stayed as part of a pilgrimage. This was the last of 3 Hotels we stayed in and unfortunately was very disappointing compared to the prior 2. Over 40 people in our group and No one had AIR CONDITIONING for the entire 4 day stay in the middle of September. The desk kept saying they were working on it, but obviously just a line. Breakfast was subpar and eggs were cold. Had electrical problems in the room. Had to actually unplug lamps to turn them off at night. You could hear wall switches trying to work but they did nothing and no switches on lamps themselves. The desk said they would check but nothing was ever done. The bathroom was a large room but there was no stool or anywhere to hang towels that were left on bed. The Shower is a tiny corner shower. Unfortunately this stay put a damper on an otherwise inspirational pilgrimage.
