A real disaster. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. You arrive, you have to climb the stairs in the dark because the light goes out after 5 seconds, and you have no idea where the button is. The sheets and bedspread are stained and dirty. After a long journey and an arrival with the aforementioned welcome, you want to take a shower. You can't, the water is freezing. You call the staff. They don't answer. You don't answer your messages. After at least 10 calls and as many messages, they text back: "Sorry, we'll find a plumber." Then you ask, "When are you supposed to come to fix it?" They haven't responded to your messages or phone calls yet... No refund, no apology, no nothing...

Excellent value for money. The location isn't the best, but you can reach the center of Sarzana in just a few minutes by car. The service, which doesn't have a reception, was excellent, and they were very helpful when I asked for a late check-out. The only downside is that you need to insert the card (which also opens the room) to turn on the heating, so you risk finding the room cold or hot in the summer.

My boss booked me a room for two nights at their place for a course, with a thousand recommendations for a warm and clean room. I'm sorry, but I didn't find any of this. I sent a message last night at 8 pm that the heating wasn't working, but I'm still waiting for a response. With 4 degrees outside last night, it wasn't great, nor was the lack of cleanliness. Furthermore, for a guest house, their rates aren't particularly cheap. Everything is experience, certainly not for future courses. I'll be coming back.
