The Spirit Earth winter retreat was just the most transformative, healing and opening experience 🙏 It felt like such a safe and kind space, and everyone was sharing and immersing themselves into activities with ease. Crossing the portals outdoors was incredible. Suzy-Anne and Natalie were so honest, open and intuitive. Their singing and drumming is out of this world, and so was the most delicious Clara's food! The group was so connected and supportive. I can't describe how wonderful and healing the retreat was, I'm forever grateful 🙏x

Stayed at this location with my partner last week. Our stay was absolutely incredible. The location is ideal for anyone that needs time out, away from the city. We stayed in " The Old diary". This place had every necessity we needed and the rooms were in great condition. On our stay the farmers cats even came in and kept us company, which was lovely. There are loads of walking trails around the farm as well. Our hosts kindly left us a map with a few trails, every walk we went on was great. I really highly recommend this place to anyone and we would love to stay again! Thanks again to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

My stay at Sunny Brow Farm, tucked away in the quiet beauty of Cumbria, felt like stepping into another rhythm, slower, softer, more intentional. The barns are beautifully restored, with just the right mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. Waking up to birdsong and misty woodland views felt like a gentle invitation to breathe again. The yoga and meditation sessions were grounding and intuitive. Suzy-Anne’s energy is warm and wise, and every practice felt like it met me exactly where I was. The treatments were deeply healing (I can personally recommend the Indian head massage and reflexology but I am told the other treatments are just as amazing 🤩) And the food… wow. Plant-based, nourishing, and absolutely delicious. If you’re craving a reset, a reconnection, or just a few days of deep exhale, the Yoga Retreat at Sunny Brow is true magic ✨
