Mal y caro. Awful and expensive.

A huge thank you to all those authors of catastrophic reviews, punctuated with dramatic "run away" warnings. Thanks to you, we were able to book without difficulty… and discover for ourselves an establishment that deserves far better than these hasty verdicts. No, we didn't find heated slippers lined up at the foot of the bed, nor a concierge ready to ceremoniously help us put on our skis. On the other hand, we found something far more precious: a hotel at the foot of the slopes, direct access to pick up our lift passes and head out to enjoy the valley first thing in the morning. True luxury, in short. Yes, when you pay, you can have expectations. That's normal. But demanding the standards of a palace for an affordable price is perhaps a bit of a misconception… Even in the grandest establishments, everything is never perfect—and the bills, however, always are. Here, you will be welcomed with simplicity, humility, and a genuine desire to do things right. A charming and attentive lady, her husband, and their team work tirelessly to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay. It may not be flashy, but it's genuine—and that makes all the difference. We stayed last week: a room for three with a view of the slopes (room 7), perfectly suited and exactly what we were looking for. We wish the whole team a wonderful season—and hope that those who demand absolute perfection will still leave some availability for others 😉.

L'hôtel mérite amplement ses 2 étoiles. L'emplacement est idéal, au pied pistes. Chambre pour 3 personnes plutôt petite mais confortable, propre, très bien chauffée et bien équipée. Local à ski avec casiers. Bon accueil, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du Monsieur qui -notamment- s'occupait des chambres. Suggestion d'amélioration: isolation sonore de la porte de la chambre 16 pour réduire les bruits du petit déjeuner.
