Receptionist was very kind she made the experience 5 stars, let us check in 5 hours early, when we told her we had an early train she made four of us sandwiches, muesli bars, apples and water bottles with no expectation of payment, also after a long day out she said help yourself to a drink each with no expectation of payment. Fantastic service, a true role model for hotel/hostel staff

do not come here. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you come here at late, or else u will sleep outside the hostel at 8:30pm. we try to look for something to eat but too far from the shops. location is terrible. do not recommend for first time experience in switzerland. if you need a towel you need 3 CHF. shared washroom my friend henry is a really good worker!

Service was not only the best I've had in Europe but in my entire life. Reception allowed us to check in 5 hours early, gave us free drinks, and even made us a goodie bag full of sandwiches and drinks when we checked out early before breakfast. I could not recommend more 10/10.
