Spectacular views of Umbria. Large rooms with views, spotlessly clean, new, and with a small refrigerator. Takeout is available on the terrace. The owners are very friendly. The pool is comfortable and well-maintained. We'll definitely be back; it's also very cool! Our little girl has made friends with the kids; we have fond memories! Thank you!

I'm giving it 5 stars, but I would have given it 10! Starting with the helpfulness of Raffaello and Euridice, two incredibly kind people. They recommended places to eat and let us stay after we checked out, providing us with a bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of savory, fruit, and sweet options. The property is located at the top of the mountain, making it an oasis of peace and quiet. It offers spectacular views, like standing in front of a painting. I would definitely return!

Magnificent place with a spectacular view. New rooms and very comfortable beds. The clean pool with lovely cool water was truly refreshing. The kindness and attentiveness of the owners were also greatly appreciated by both me and my family. A total of 10!!!
