If you like snobby, arrogant and not helpfull staff, you should definitely book here. The receptionist who was on duty the evening we arrived had no idea about hospitality. She first didn't want help us on the phone when we couldn't find the hotel, as the street says only busses are allowed to drive in that street. Upon arriving she gave the wrong room. We booked single beds, but she gave a double. She also only give 1 wifi coupon, while we are with 2 people. The coupon is only for 1. Then I heard the next guest asking about parking. She told that person to pay, otherwise you will get a parking ticket. I asked her why she didn't ask me if I need one. Her response was rude and far from hospitality. And I had to pay 30 euro (!!) for a parking ticket. I still think it's a lie, as the signs say we can park here from 20.00 till 8.00 We arrived at 21.00 and leave at 7.00 But I dont want to take the risk and paid it. So if you book here, please make sure to ask for everything, because the staff will not help you. I understand that maybe if we had a different person, our experience would have been great. But she ruined our lovely day. We had an amazing day of traveling, so we arrived happy and relaxed. Beds were nice, rooms simple, and the wifi is working. I should have read the reviews here, as most of them are not positive. Hopefully it will help you to make a decision if you want to stay here.

I booked a room because I was tired and I wanted somewhere to sleep, then when I arrived parking costs 300 nok absurd price. I arrive at the room to find the bathroom door damaged and the bathroom dispenser damaged and opened, also the sink was clogging. Save your money and go somewhere else. Really is a rip off. The room costed 1100 nok (not including the price of the parking or breakfast and coffee ) One last thing, the hotel interior on second floor is very dirty, also there is no private parking to be found for the hotel as labeled on the website. I do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed there 3 times in different years.. Rooms were ok. Clean. Wifi nice. For this price i think they do their best honestly. And I left my luggage there and they were really helpfull . #Sergio
