Don’t be fooled by the one star! Hotel is nice (the bathroom is a little weird as you can see your friend on the toiler) but the rooms are comfortable. The staff is very kind and very professional. Recommended

The most UNFRIENDLY miserable service I ever experienced in Italy. My family and I simply wanted 3 cappuccinos and the barista served us like it caused him great displeasure 🤷🏻♂️
