The Molín of Petra

I made a reservation with them with the bad luck of getting sick the day before. They don't answer the phone, we had to call several times to get in touch. They do not allow change of dates or cancellation or anything. Terrible customer service. If you book with them be careful because at the slightest problem they cannot be contacted and if you manage, they ignore you.

We didn't have a good experience. To begin with, the person who answered the phone (yes, the phone, because they don't even offer in-person reception) was incredibly unpleasant. On top of that, the room was nothing like what we expected; the bathroom was open to the bedroom, and worst of all, it smelled awful, so you sleep and the whole place smells like sewage. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it at all, and it's a shame because the surrounding area is beautiful, but it's very poorly managed.

We were delighted with our stay; it was only one night but everything was great! We hope to return soon and for a longer stay.
