I am extremely disappointed by the customer service I experienced when calling this spa. I contacted them simply to request basic information: whether the sauna was open today and what the daily price was. These are reasonable, standard questions for any potential customer. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than providing the requested information or even responding politely, she abruptly hung up on me. I was genuinely shocked by the interaction. This experience reflects a serious lack of customer service training and basic courtesy. A spa is meant to represent relaxation, care, and professionalism, yet the behavior I encountered was the complete opposite. First contact with a business is critical, and in this case it was handled very poorly. As per all the reviews I agree it is not a pleasant place to visit. It is a real shame, as the quality of a spa is not only measured by its facilities but also by how customers are treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in better staff training, because this level of rudeness is unacceptable and risks turning potential clients away before they even step through the door.

It was a nice experience, but agreed with others that check in is very slow and the facilities are a bit old a run down. Honestly, I liked the grotto the best versus the actual pool.

This is the best hot pools and spas. It has the perfect mix of modern spa with ancient Roman practices. They are very accommodating and it’s such a gorgeous place to go.
