The owner was quite kind in correspondence and on the phone, but the place does not meet any standards, the kitchenette promised in the correspondence does not exist, or we have different understandings of what a kitchenette is if there is not even a basic sink or pan. At the moment when the security deposit was collected for the reservation, we were not warned that the expected rest in this place would be spoiled by the terrible sewage smell that prevails in the yard and enters the rooms, so there are more than enough flies. Considering this smelly addition, it would not even be possible to eat in this place. And it seems that this has not been addressed for a long time, reading the reviews of other visitors. We were hoping to get back at least some of the money paid for the service we did not receive, because we were not informed about these inconveniences, which significantly influenced our choice not to stay in this place. Sad, but it seems that this is a way to make easy money. Because with the explanation of why we did not stay, the communication also ended. It's our own fault that we didn't go and see it on site beforehand, but paid for it. It will be a good lesson when choosing places to stay in the future! I would definitely not recommend such a place for a family to visit.

I was very disappointed with the place, the decor. Some kind of trench has been dug where children can fall in, visually the owners could have worked on it, the pictures look quite old. One barbecue for 4 rooms. The child's swings are a little crooked, old. Plus when we asked for a refund of part of the money, they were angry and rude. In other words, the impression is quite negative. And the owners themselves rate their guest house with a maximum of 5 stars, which is inadequate.
