CINEROMA Guest House Roma

Location is near a bus stop, laundry, good pizza and grocery. I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for the street noise. Make sure to bring ear plugs. Service is warm and friendly. Room is clean and the AC was great to have in May. I would book here again

DONT STAY THERE. There was supposed to be reception 24 h, we arrived, door was closed, noone is opening, we call, noone is answering, phone is turned off. We were standing there for almost 2 hours until random guest let us in. Owner is unachievable, theres no reception, theres noone to contact when other guests are loud (thats why i booked a property with 24 reception which was a lie). Owner finds way to contact you for payment - he wants his cleaning lady to make photos of my credit card from both sides with her private phone as well as photo of the passport!!!! I refused, then he told me to give him my cvc code via sms, I also refused. Outrageous behavious with emphasis on us standing in front of the closed door with no response from anyone not knowing what to do. Theres no cover to sleep under besides bed sheet (its may, italians are wearing autumn clothes, sorry i dont believe that they sleep under such a thin layer so hotel cheaped out) communication with the owner is not existent, only when comes to paying money (if youre happy to find a way to actually get to the hotel) payment methods are just creepy and illegal also windows are so loose that my boyfriend thought theyre open when theyre closed - seriosuly. Walls made of some paper i guess, i was woken up EVERYDAY in the early morning by cleaning lady cleaning or other guests living. Space looks descent but seriously dont go there, you dont wanna be so nervous

Nice reception. Clean and neat rooms Going out and coming in is very simple and easy even if you don't have your own private car. Cos the buses pass in front of the b&b every 20min. And it's not also far from the city center
