There's no service: it's all DIY with a coffee machine in the lobby and a common kitchen on the guest floors. It's a 30-minute walk to the center center but just minutes to each of Estonia's retail chains and supermarkets.

Clean room. No air conditioning, it was hard to sleep at night because of the heat. We booked a room for 3 nights but after 2 nights we move to another place. We stayed on the third floor, we had to drag things up the stairs because there was no elevator. There is a shared kitchen here, only a fridge, microwave and kettle. No utensils!! and the kitchen is really dirty, especially kettle was super dirty. Free parking. Lidl and one shopping center very close.

Great place to sleep when driving through Pärnu, has 2 EV chargers, location near a shopping center.
