Unfortunately the footsteps and general noise from the people abovt is very loud as the floors clearly have not been properly insulated which ruined the stay. Also for skiing the location is not ideal as the free shuttle bus only runs 4 days a week

The proximity to ski slopes was a major advantage, allowing for easy access to thrilling winter activities. Overall, my stay in Modane was a delightful winter retreat. We just stayed in this apartment for a 5-day ski trip and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, with high-quality bedding. It's extremely well-equipped: everything is designed to make your stay easy and ensure you have everything you need. There's even a raclette grill, which was a real treat! 🤩 The location is ideal, just 6 minutes from the slopes and surrounded by all the necessary shops (pharmacy, bakery, greengrocer, supermarket). The owners are very responsive and available, which is really appreciated. The real highlight for me was the decor, which was very warm and inviting after a day of skiing, the cleanliness of the apartment upon our arrival, and the shuttle bus that stops right outside the building, allowing you to go skiing without needing a car. I highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return!
