Hotel Grauson

The service offered from the staff was excellent. Friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome in this traditional 3 star delightful hotel and restaurant. A good breakfast and comfortable beds. Great views over Cogne as well. Thoroughly recommend.

Charming hotel in a stunning traditional alpine town overlooking the valley of Cogne. Staff were amazing in a beautiful, rustic genuine hotel. Loved every minute. TIP - don’t miss the turn off from the motorway for Cogne from Aosta. You have an extra 30km/30 min tunnel system to navigate before you can turn around again

Rooms are okay, food was sad and dreary and service was terrible (for dinner). We got served little food, deserts like panna cotta were liquid soup and hadn't set properly. And risotto was heated up in a microwave. The service was even worse, being watched or stared out of the dining room very inpatiently. Food was quick in 20 minutes we had 3 courses but felt the burning stare in the back of our necks to get out of the restaurant.
