Le Ri de Vâ - Maison de vacances

Lovely cottage, well equipped kitchen and enough plates etc to cater for get togethers with friends. We loved the tranquility all around. The cottage and garden are spacious and very private. Good for dogs too as you can close the large gate of the private garden. The WiFi worked perfect. It was nice having breakfast and dinner outside on the large picnic table in the garden where we even ate with friends and their kids. Cottage is surrounded by nature and a little stream running right next to it. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire pit outside. At a 7 min stroll you can cool off and play in the plage maboge / river of Ourthe or have a drink etc. at the village of Maboge. It has a decent snack bar, pub and a bit further a creperie. There are plenty other restaurants in nearby villages as La Roche-en-Ardenne or Houffalize. All in all we had a nice comfortable stay there. The owner is easily reached by phone / sms (French speaking) but with Google translate we could easily communicate. Service was excellent.
