The resort is nice but has some big inconveniences. There’s no iron in the apartments—only one in the laundry room, and often it’s missing because guests take it. Rooms are not cleaned daily, and if you want cleaning you have to pay extra. Also, there’s no direct elevator from the parking basement, so you have to climb several levels of stairs, which is hard with luggage. These things make the stay less comfortable than expected

Had a great stay with our family (6 adults, 1 child and 1 dog) at Pure Lermoos. Beautiful views, nice garden, high quality apartment with everything you need, excellent hospitality, nice swimming pool + wellness, skiing services nearby. Definitely a place to come back and recommend!

Superb place. Beautiful apartments, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and with amazing views. Very nice wellness area. Everyone at reception is very helpful. The washing machines are an added bonus on a long trip.
