Radisson Blu Olumpia Hotel, Tallinn

Overall a very good experience. The staff were very nice and accommodating to a most reasonable degree. Actually, I think the staff offered most excellent service, the hotel’s strongest USP. The rooms were also good and spacious and the bed was comfortable the lobby was also nice to chill in. The only critique we have is that the room, in the cold winter, was a little chilly. I come from Sweden so I’m the first to complain about cold.

The best and friendliest service I have experienced in hotel management in Estonia so far. I was welcomed very warmly at check-in and each time I approached the reception with questions or concerns, I was greeted with a smile and received polite and helpful service. As a Radisson Rewards member I was also offered some lovely perks. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean, and breakfast was generally great, though some notes and recommendations were sent as feedback. There is a nice little spa on the 26th floor with a sauna, pool, and great views of Tallinn Old Town.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. One strange thing with lighting, maybe we don't managed how to turn all the lights in the number, but it was strange... Breakfasts were delicious and fresh.
