We stayed in Casa Ayo in the second week of March, en really enjoyed our stay there: the two terraces offering all day sunshine, and great views, and in the evenings the house with its wonderful fireplace (it can still be fresh in March). It was also a wonderful starting point for hikes on the Gran Sendo the Malaga (the GR 249). It is lovely that the house is placed in a tranquil setting, where you can hear birds singing (you can really notice that you are in the Parque Natural Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama), but at the same time it is relatively close to Frigliana (a short drive by car). So you have the best of both worlds. In short: a great place to stay! :--)

Casa Ayo is a wonderful home, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The views are truly spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace and barbecue, as well as the fireplace and the cozy atmosphere. Ayo is a magnificent host, always smiling and willing to help us with anything. We will definitely be back.
