Residencial Borges

I had made a reservation at Residencial Borges in Condeixa-a-Nova and paid for it. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to an unexpected health issue. Although my booking was non-cancellable, I wrote to explain the situation and ask if they might consider helping me. They replied with kindness and understanding, and canceled the reservation without charge. I was grateful for their courtesy. This kind of thoughtful service makes a real difference, especially in difficult situations. I hope to stay at Residencial Borges on a future visit to Condeixa-a-Nova.
