A charming residence surrounded by nature yet close to the city center and only 10 minutes from the sea. The owners are extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to help. The garden is full of magnificent flowers and the house is exceptionally well-designed. It offers many amenities, including a swimming pool, a solarium, a professional ping pong table, a barbecue, and a wood-fired oven. During the summer, the surrounding area enjoys a perfect climate, mild and temperate; much cooler than seaside homes. This isn't a recommendation; it's a must. If you're vacationing in Versilia, you absolutely must stay here. In the evening, it's also convenient for clubbers, as the residence is close to them, and for those seeking peace and quiet, as it's just the right amount of distance from the hustle and bustle of the city.

As great as the first impression was, we were even more disappointed. We spontaneously decided on the accommodation, but due to an incident with another accommodation provider, we had to choose another one. Long story short: the accommodation was reserved for several nights for over €1,000 and was unfortunately canceled within an hour. The landlord therefore had no cancellation fees or anything similar. Unfortunately, we didn't get our money back; the landlord charged us for a reservation of 9 nights and then rented the apartment to someone else. We are a young family with a baby. This situation was exploited and we were mercilessly ripped off. He should be happy with the money. Hopefully, karma will take care of this for us.
