Beautiful place to stay with breakfast included. One suggestion: reception service needs improvement. The young blond staff member that I encountered at my leave appeared arrogant and unprofessional, which contrasted with the overall quality of the place.

We arrived after midnight and the reception provided us with all the details for late check-in. The room was very pleasant and clean. They also agreed to keep our storage for a full week since we had an issue with the lockers at the previous bus station. Great location near the main bus station 5/5

The hotel is very conveniently located, room was comfortable and clean, we really liked the breakfast (local cheeses and a variety fresh fruit would be the highlight) Also, I want to specifically highlight the kindeness and helpfullness of a young woman working on the reception on the afternoon of August 7th 2025. I had a medical emergency, and she not only helped by calling emergency services but also acted as a translator between me and the doctors. I am very sorry I didn’t get to learn your name, but I hope this message finds you and you will know that I am extremely grateful to you!
