Amazing place and friendly people! Good Insta and poscasts as well. Don’t be surprised to see hippies everywhere, with or without clothes. Food is good and very healthy. Keep in mind you have to pass a dangerous and - due to a recent landslide - closed road, you need to sign a waiver for these risks. Would love to come back, especially when there will be more yoga options. Namasté.

Outwardly, Finca Agaryal presents itself as alternative, conscious, and intercultural. In reality, it feels like a closed, privileged European bubble. The environment is highly homogenous and seems primarily tailored to a wealthy, European clientele, particularly those of German descent. People who don't fit this image quickly feel out of place. The atmosphere feels exclusive rather than inclusive, with clear social boundaries. Anyone who behaves differently, comes from a different background, or doesn't conform to the prevailing lifestyle is subtly but clearly made aware that they don't truly belong. A clear class system exists between volunteer workers and paying guests. Ideologically packaged as community and mindfulness, this model clearly feels like exploitation to me. Genuine openness, equality, or integration into Spanish culture are nowhere to be seen. All show, no substance. Not recommended.

We arrived in the bay by sailboat. From the ocean, it looks like something out of a fairytale. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We were given free drinking water, which saved us from having to lug it from town. Many thanks to our lovely guests and best regards to all.
