We have 3 rooms reservation via hotels.com, upon arrival, the reception said we have free breakfast for only one room while our reservation clearly stated that breakfasts were included in all 3 rooms. To our surprise, they didn’t even bother looking at our reservation form at all, and simply just insisted in a rude way that we have to pay for breakfast AGAIN. It didn’t cost much, but it certainly did ruin our whole experience. They even said ‘Breakfast Included doesn’t mean it’s free’ i don’t know if they realized how silly it sounds. Even the staffs from hotels.com can’t do anything and offer refunds instead. This was an extremely poor customer mismanagement and the way hotel staffs handled the situation was shockingly amateurish. On the plus side, room is spacious and location is good.

When we arrived at the hotel, which we had already paid for in advance with the spa included, we were told that the spa was not available. Even when entering the room, supposedly a 5-star one, we found that the carpet was dirty and the bathroom left much to be desired. On top of that, the receptionist told us that the spa was not available with very little kindness. Honestly, I don’t think this hotel deserves 5 stars—3 at most, or even less. The location, however, is quite good.
