Excellent stay! Warm welcoming host. Large clean room with balcony. Strong wifi, hot water with good pressure. There is a large, very clean modern bathroom shared with 1 other room. The host provides separate towels and even separate bathmats for each room. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and hearty - great for hikers! I recommend staying here.

The Solan B&B is an excellent choice for those seeking a one-night stay or for those wishing to stay longer to explore the area. It's ideal for both solo travelers and couples. The host, Lucia, is attentive and helpful in every way: here, you'll find a family atmosphere and typical Italian hospitality and warmth. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with every amenity. Although the bathroom isn't ensuite, it's located on the same floor, for your exclusive use and kept impeccably clean. Even though we stayed during the hottest week of the summer, the in-room air conditioning, fully controllable by the guest, ensured a perfect, cool, and quiet night's sleep. Breakfasts are rich and varied: fresh croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, milk, juices, and much more... The location is strategic: the B&B is located in Verrès, a starting point for excursions to valleys such as Champoluc in the Ayas Valley, Gressoney in the Lys Valley, and Monte Rosa and the Mont Avic Natural Park. Nearby, you can visit medieval castles such as Verrès Castle, Issogne Castle, and Bard Fort. Free parking adjacent to the property makes getting around very easy.
