Bilbao APARTAMENTOS Zorroza

The location is fantastic - just by the train station, minutes away from the city centre by train. A supermarket nearby. Super clean, a super comfortable bed, great shower pressure! A well-equipped kitchen, a first-aid kit in the bathroom (wow!). The only thing that slightly bothered both me and my hisband was the fact that the apartment is located on the ground floor (planta baja, as they say in Spain). The windows are tanned, so people can't see inside, but the apartment is only accessed directly from the street (it's a bit weird in Spain). There is only one door and one lock separating the guests from the outside. We just felt like we should be on the lookout all the time and were aware of a few noises coming from the outside (although overall it was quiet). PS I also thought from the description that the place had a 24-hour reception, but it didn't really... It's a virtual 24-h reception.

We spent two days in Bilbao. It's very well located. You can park on the street. We had everything we needed: microwave, stove, washing machine, air conditioning in both bedrooms, and a security camera outside. Everything was perfect.

Hello, I'm one of the owners of one of the apartments; I have no connection to Bilbao Apartamentos Zorroza. But I'm tired of people ringing my doorbell because you don't clearly indicate to those making reservations that it's a ground floor apartment. If you don't improve the information for your customers, I will file a complaint with the city council.
