Chalet Dorferhaus

This spacious and beautiful apartment is perfect for a family with two children. Each child had their own spacious bedroom, and there were two bathrooms and a large kitchen-diner. The living room offered a beautiful view of the valley. The drag lift was just a stone's throw away, and you only had to cross the road to the Dorfbahn, making it practically ski-in, ski-out. The basement had a handy storage area for skis and boots. You can park your car behind the building in the private parking lot. However, the building was quite noisy; you could hear chairs being moved, conversations, and when someone went to the bathroom in the evening. What we found rather poor, considering the price range, was that you had to pay extra for bed linens and towels, and the beds weren't even made.

Great apartment, conveniently located near the elevator, very nicely renovated so easy to keep clean. Highly recommended!

In March 2023, we stayed at Chalet Dorferhaus for a week with colleagues. I highly recommend it! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Gerlos. The chalet is clean and tidy. The rooms are nice. The common area isn't very large but sufficient for dining, socializing, and playing games. The staff (Marin, Jaap, and Koen) were friendly and relaxed. We felt welcome, warmly welcomed, and well cared for. They also stay in the chalet and use the kitchen.
