Casa de sub deal

We went to the "Casa de sub deal" guesthouse in November and I went again in January. We announced the day before that we would be there at 2 pm. When we arrived, the hot tub and sauna were heated, the fire in the central heating was burning, we checked in and were not disturbed until the evening when the owner came and brought more wood for the sauna. I highly recommend!

I don't recommend it! I didn't benefit from anything. From the pictures sent by the hosts on WhatsApp and from their announcement, we had access to the sauna, hot tub, hotplate and when we got there, they said it takes 8 hours for the water in the hot tub to heat up (I think they prepare these in advance). They said if we stay another night, they'll make a fire in the hot tub for us... We asked for wood for the hot tub and they came with a box with a maximum of 10 pieces of wood. We had to go back and ask. She didn't even bother to say that there were 15 of us and for the money we gave her, what more could we want??? We were actually 8 adults and 7 children, one of whom was 3 months old, 2 were 2 years old, one was 4 years old and the rest were older (they still act like adult consumers??).... In the end, she didn't even come to talk to us...
