Casa Rural La Cascada

The pool was filthy, full of algae and very cloudy; the bottom was completely inaccessible. We brushed the pool, and everything started moving around underneath, and green dirt was coming off. The tiles were stained green, even the corners, and then they told us it was just from the heat—unbelievable. We won't be back because they didn't even apologize. The service was appalling. I don't recommend it.

We swam in algae; our swimsuits came out green. They tried to fix it, but they used so many chemicals that it didn't fix the algae, and we couldn't swim. We had to leave on the third day, and they only gave us a partial refund. They ruined our vacation by not doing proper pool maintenance on time.

Beautiful house in an unbeatable setting. The facilities are impeccably clean and the owners are very attentive. It's an ideal place to unwind.
