The hotel's style is like a hospital, as I suppose it was renovated from a hospital. We stayed in a renovated part, which was fine. The bathroom is like a hospital bathroom, clean but with a scary lamp that turns off if we don't move while showering. It was a bit frightening for me. 🌟 🌟 🌟 However, the breakfast was great, with many options to choose from, including ham, cheese, fruits, eggs, bread, and more.❤️

after a 7 hours train journey from Oslo this hotel is surprisingly nice. Yes I booked in advance yet it is almost empty. Nice breakfast. Lunch and dinner. I had a room with two singles beds. it was OK. Apparently this hotel is primarily used as patient accommodation for families but when room is available tourists can stay. Paid for 2 nights but not staying for the second night because I am catching the overnight train to Bodo.

Stayed here for two nights due to a competitive examination (music) on a university nearby. Overall: I got what I expected. During my stay, I needed a room to practice on my instrument. The person in the reception was helpful, and have me a meeting room to practice in for no extra charge. The breakfast could be better, but did the job ++. Decent beds and rooms. The TV in the room didn't quite work, but it was not a big deal. Did not try the dinner. Close to the city center. Surroundings felt a tiny bit like a hospital, but it is after all a hospital hotel.
