An accidental booking created the height of my life! 3 consecutive 2.5-hour climbs and descents to enjoy the Tyrolean mountain scenery⋯⋯ Thanks again to the boss lady CONI and her Amy, and of course her tall and powerful Austrian boyfriend... That mountain, that village, that tree, that sunshine☀️ I love it here❤️

Service was very good, food very good. The condition of the room ruins what would otherwise be a very good rating. Broken bathroom door, a dilapidated sofa threatening to fall apart, every spring palpable, and a bed that leaves you waking up in pain. The single mattresses slide apart, and after a very short time, you have a "Grand Canal" between them. Torn curtains. The room, or rather the building, is older, but that's irrelevant if the rooms and their furnishings are well-maintained. Despite free parking as stated in the booking, fees had to be paid. The staff was super friendly. The room's condition alone justifies the poor rating.

The price is good, the amenities are perfectly adequate, and the location is excellent. There are several lakes, hiking trails, and other activities nearby. If you'd like to have breakfast, you can eat at the hotel next door.
