Nice range of independent shops, worth a look!

This Ensuite Room only facility (Room 10) for either a visitor with mobility issues or a disabled person is ideal. There is a lift to take you to the second floor and wide doors both up to and inside the spacious room and ensuite. We had initial difficulties getting in, but a helpful chap called Miles, soon got us on track. We got in in no time and there is a Coffee/Tea making facilities, towels, toiletries and a small TV that has access to all channels including Netflix. There was a minor repair issue, which upon reporting was swiftly dealt with. I was impressed with Jess from the Harbour Team who was most helpful on the few occasions I had queries. The facilities are superbly clean, to a very high standard, not to mention only 40 steps away from having a great breakfast across the road at Sip N Sea. You really are in the centre of this vibrant village with the beach about 100m away. Parking for a week, steps away from your accommodation will cost about £100. A gem of a place to stay, with quality customer service and a 'must go to' for the future. We've already booked to return next year.

No heating when we arrived but maintenance staff were on the case already. Offered to move rooms but stuck with it until heating returned a couple of hours later and staff provided extra fan heaters so couldn't fault them. Excellent location next to the harbour and its car park but had to pay for parking which could have been provided as part of the room booking but even so the room had a great view along with tea making facilities in the room. Would book again no problem
