Sooooo friendly. Like visiting a family member. They were super welcoming for us and our small pug Luna. We had a four poster bed room with a sofa and it was excellent. Easy walking distance to the nearby facilities. Very quiet at night, even with being near the road. Would come back again happily and it's a easy recommendation. They also have a bar available and hot tub for a small extra fee. Really excellent all round.

I had an amazing time on holiday in Lynmouth and this was an excellent base of operations. Rooms were comfy and quiet i fell asleep to the sound of a river nightly. Room 2 where i stayed had a four poster bed, and sea view. The breakfast was great tasting, and well served in a quant dinning room and it's dog friendly. Very grateful for them allowing us to stay.

Upgraded to a family room. Picture showed a double bed. We where given 2 singles and not given any other options and weren't sympathetic about it at all.The tv is placed in such a place you are unable to view from a bedspaces. We both were cold and barely slept. Breakfast was OK. Feel the staff weren't very welcoming and wouldn't stay again.
