Orchard House Bed & Breakfast

Lance and Emma couldn’t be sweeter hosts of this lovely B&B. The room was large, comfortable and the bathtub was incredible. Breakfast could be requested each morning for a very affordable price and it was great. The only downside I can think of was that the location was a bit too far outside of Portree to walk ( we were here during a storm too) so we drove into town each night for dinner - but parking was plentiful in the lots. Overall, this was a phenomenal bang for your buck B&B and provided everything you could possibly need for a long weekend on the Isle of Skye

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place is an absolute gem with such attention to details and care it makes you never want to leave. Lance is amazing, kind, and within seconds of arriving you realize this is going to be different. The location is a perfect short walk to town. The accommodations are very comfy and spacious and sprinkled with fun little touches that make it feel like home. The breakfast is great. Honestly, it was such a welcome surprise in the adorable town of Portree. Hands down 6 stars!!

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Portree! Lance & Emma were so kind and accommodating during our stay. We loved the luxury of the room and were so appreciative of the provided breakfast. It was a short and lovely walk (10 min) to downtown Portree, which was perfect; you don't want to be driving and parking down there anyways. I will be pointing all my friends and family in the direction of this fantastic B&B for all future stays.
