Parkhotel Bellevue

Absolutely disastrous hotel!! We made the booking for our ski trip a year ahead! We had booked the apartment with 2 separate rooms and kitchenette for myself and my two kids and when arrived they gave us a small double room with rollaway bed - totally unacceptable. They said changing booking systems meant we were allocated the wrong room and all other rooms were fully booked since it was school ski holidays. Nobody at reception, bad Wifi, no TV in room and shutters didn't work. Was squashed into a small double room and had to sit in the dark until my kids fell asleep, and afterwards couldn't relax or do anything, zero privacy so definitely not the holiday I had imagined. Stay away from this awful hotel!

A Perfect Summer Escape in the Heart of Lenk! We had a wonderful family stay at Parkhotel Bellevue. The apartment, recently renovated with impeccable taste, was spacious and beautifully equipped — the kitchen was perfect for a cozy homemade fondue night. Mr. Shetty’s team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout. The hotel is ideally located, just steps from shops, cable cars, and thermal baths. Our kids loved the ping-pong table. A warm, and truly family-friendly address we’d return to in a heartbeat.

The hotel is under construction but didn’t impact our stay at all. We were very surprised by the new room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful Mountain View. Units are beautifully updated and ours included a small Kitchen, hot plate, fridge, sink, and a second bedroom. There is plenty of storage and a fancy Samsung TV that rotates from portrait to landscape - an extravagant unit. This was definitely off season and the front desk Sumit (sorry for the spelling) was very helpful, informative, and kind. He upgraded us and was able to do our laundry (we had been on the trail for 6 days) for a small charge of 10 CHF for wash and another 10 for dry. It’s a charming hotel that was definitely in need of an update but family owned and said the update will be completed over the next couple of years. I can imagine these larger updated rooms would be perfect for an extended stay during ski season.
