Not a 4 star hotel, first is has mold in the bathroom as seen in the photos. In desperate need of updating. I do need to say the staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. This is what is missing for me for 4 star rating: face/hand towels in the shower, coffee maker, bathrobes, slippers, water to drink, extra pillows, shoehorn, ironing board. While I was able to ask for and receive pillows and ironing board the other amenities are standard for the 4 star rating in my opinion.

Modern hotel with olde world touches in the rooms. Lovely fountain and open plan vista on the inside all floors can be seen from the ground floor and downwards from the top level (breakfast room) with an array of real plants hanging down from each level.

A nice reception and friendly helpful staff. The room was a reasonable size with a king-size bed, but the mattress was hard. Parking available below the hotel is 12 € per day. Out-of-town location. About 30 minutes walk to the cathedral.
