La Girada

Were here in 2010, amazing food and great hosts! Would like to go here again!

La Girada is a haven of mountain beauty and quietness. A perfect refuge for those looking to escape the city and enjoy the fresh air of the Pyrenees. Some highlights: scenic views, a cosy living room with a fireplace and a very well equiped kitchen. Erica was a wonderful host and prepared a delicious veggie lasagna for us when we ran out of food!

We just spent an unforgettable week at the La Girada "Le Lierre" gîte in Mantet, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The gîte is immaculate, very clean, and well-equipped, with breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Every day, we discovered magnificent landscapes during our family hikes, from verdant meadows to majestic peaks. The village of Mantet is very quiet and pedestrian-friendly, perfect for children. A huge thank you to Erica, the owner of the gîte, for her warm and attentive welcome. She made our stay even more enjoyable with her helpfulness. If you're looking for a place to recharge in nature while enjoying optimal comfort, La Girada "Le Lierre" is the ideal spot. We will definitely be back!
