Book here! Fabulous place with very kind owners. We are walking the Alpe Adria, from the glacier, in August 2024. One night stays are not ideal for hotels but Gulan and Nick made us feel very welcome. When we are back in the valley the Mountain View Guesthouse will be a Go To place for us. Highly recommended.

Stopped there July 2017 for a night, with 3 more riding buddies. From the entry, owners were absolutely amazing. We all got our twin rooms to use as singles, beds were comfy, rooms were clean, showers hot and beer cold. Lady owner, her husband, son, all of them were very very nice, and that was what we needed after all day riding. Breakfast next day was great, all we needed for another day of riding the mountain passes. When I go back, this will be place to stay for sure, if nothing else, than for seeing such nice people again. Thank you

Such friendly and generous hosts. Guljan and Nick go the extra mile to make your stay feel homely. The piano in the sitting room will often have guests funding themselves listening to someone playing French jazz, classical music etc. Such a well placed hotel to enjoy all that the Hohe Tauern National Park Haas to offer. A really cosy place ☺️
