Camping Pyrénées Natura

The pitch is great. Everyone is polite even to the English. There is a nearby stream which all the kids swam in. The bakery is awesome. The sanitary facilities have music and they should share their playlist because it is awesome. Would 10/10 visit again.

The campsite itself is beautiful. It’s well cared for and the toilets and showers are very clean. However, we found the young lady to be very rude on arrival quoting us as being ‘very late’ when in fact it was 7:35 pm and we had messaged them two months in advance to explain that we would be with them at 8 pm and would that be a problem? We were reassured that this would be fine and we would be welcome to eat. instead we are simply told ‘you are very late. No information for you until tomorrow’ We asked if we could eat and we were told with rolled eyes you can have a takeaway pizza if you want. Overall the young lady was very rude and rolled her eyes at me on several occasions which to be honest spoilt the overall experience which would’ve been a five star review if it wasn’t for her poor attitude towards me.

We have just spent a lovely 2 weeks at Camping Pyrenees Natura. All the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Making us, and our toddler, feel very welcome. The pitches were generous sizes, the toilet and shower facilities clean and suitable. The baby bath room was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the fresh pastries and bread each morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
