I’m sure this is a nice enough hotel. But the customer service, or lack of it, is beyond belief. I was looking for a place to stay with my family for one night over the holidays, so booked this place. It turns out I booked the room for next year (Christmas 2025) instead and by complete accident. I realised straight away, still before Christmas just gone, and messaged the hotel explaining the mistake and asking them to refund my card. After being ignored a few times, I had a couple of very short messages to only then be ignored again. They even ignored the requests from booking.com to waive the fee for me. Now they don’t even reply to my messages. So I still have a booking for next Christmas. I will keep this reservation just to come and say hi to them next Christmas now, for a single night, that could potentially stop them getting a longer booking for a long stay for a large family room. How strange from them. All just to not refund me the €125 euros. I’ve not had a hotel do this ever before. Another review has mentioned their customer service as awful so I guess it’s a common theme for them. I’d avoid, it’s probably cheap for a reason

We started and ended our hiking in the Vanoise National Park in this hotel. The staff was super friendly, very helpful and assisted us a lot. The hotel has a nice pool, good rooms and the buffet dinner as well as breakfast provide good value for the price. But above all, I would like to mention the team at the front desk that are super nice and super helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.
